If for some reason your bracelet breaks it can be returned for restringing free of charge within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, there will be a small charge of $5.00. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to House of Magic Gems.

Just to let you know, when bracelet breaks it is a good thing! It means your old energy blockage was released and you reached your goal. It might be time to get another bracelet. Also, when the colour of your beads has changed or lost its lustre it means their job is done and you will not be able to use them again. The best thing to do is to return beads to nature.
